Entire Home Design Consultation

Design direction for five rooms of a house or apartment.

An hour-long design kick-off meeting is scheduled with Genevieve or Cy to discuss your project. We learn the project parameters, your aesthetic, budget, likes, and dislikes.

We provide a holistic design brief that carries a personal sensibility from the exterior through three main living spaces with mood boards, furniture plans, and a sourcebook.  See an example here.

We deliver the design brief three to six weeks after our initial meeting and schedule another one-hour meeting to review the brief together where you provide us with notes.

Based on your feedback we revise the design brief, mood boards, furniture plans, and sourcebook, within two to four weeks and send it to you for you to carry out the orders and installations.  

The sourcebook will have finish selection and links to furnishings for your direct purchase.

The consultation includes two additional hours for any questions you may have through the design and construction process. Additional hours are billed at our hourly rates.

• A design concept presentation  with reference images for a holistic design of your home and links to key pieces including lighting, plumbing, hardware, finishes window treatments, accessories, and artwork
  
• Paint selections and other material selections (i.e., flooring, counters, tile) 
• Evaluation of current furnishings and ways to use them in the new design
• Furniture plans 
• Design actions for each  room with links for purchase in a budget spreadsheet
• A second thirty-minute video conference to review the above
• An update to anything from the above list based on feedback from the second meeting 

• Built-in/ cabinetry drawings if needed

• Key wall elevations

What we need from you: 

• Images of the home
• Dimensions of rooms
• Any existing furnishings to be used in the design with dimensions
• Project budget
• Reference images you have 
• Pinterest page (if you have gathered images this way)

A form will be emailed to you to fill out after the consultation is booked. As well as instructions on taking measurements and gathering key information. We can't wait to make your house a home!
